Explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves in Lan Ha Bay. Nothing is more enjoyable than free kayaking on the vast sea and exploring the natural beauty of the islands. Moreover, you also have a chance to join our cooking class to challenge your skills in preparing a very famous Vietnamese dishes.

DAY 1 : TUAN CHAU – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY – TRA BAU

8:20 – 8:50 : A limousine bus picks the guests up at your hotel in the old quarter or at No 34 Hoa Ma, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi. (There would be an additional charge for a shuttle bus if it booked from Hanoi).

Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi – Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port  before 11.30 AM. You will be check in and transferred to the big Cruise by tender/speed boat. Any late arrivals will be charged 100 USD for tender.

12:00 -12.30     The crew members of Mon Cheri Cruise will welcome you at No.34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh. Phone for receptionist at Mon Cheri Cruise lounge: +84 987671669 / +84 936905115.

12.30 : You will be taken aboard our support vessel and travel from the wharf via the bay to board our luxurious craft, Mon Chéri Cruise. Itinerary briefing is announced during this time.

13.00 :Welcome fresh drinks, wet towels and a special lunch of fresh food and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served. You will be enchanted
when decadently dining on our luxury junk. Life just doesn’t get better than
this! We then set sail for Lan Ha Bay – A member of the World’s Most Beautiful Bays.

Enjoy the delicious luncheon of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing
delicacies while cruising along Lan Ha bay with the breathtaking scenery.

15:30 : Visiting Tra Bau area where has known as an area famous for its unspoiled, poetic natural beauty and attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. This is the best time for kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone islands.

Immerse yourself in the emerald green water of the bay or enjoy the Jacuzzi
pool on the Mon Chéri Cruises.

17:30 – 18:30 : Joining us for Cooking demonstration to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines, the spring rolls. Or reach the top deck of cruise where the guests can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

Enjoy a Happy Hour time – BUY ONE GET ONE FREE at the bar. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the greatest moment of sunset over Lan Ha Bay.

19.30 : Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served by our skillful chef.
This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

21:00 – 22.00 : Relax and sip the exotic cocktails and drinks at the sky bar (with surcharge).

Indulge yourself with spa service (optional) or simply relax on the top deck just
under the cover of a brightly illuminated sky.

Or try to get your luck at the squid fishing on the main deck.

DAY 2 : LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE – THREE PEACHES AREA

6:00 : Begin the day full of energy with the Tai Chi session and enjoy the sunrise over the bay.

6:45 – 7.15 : Breakfast is served at the restaurant.

8:00 – 8:30 : The guests are transferred to a day trip boat and set sail for the further Lan Ha Bay – cruising along the peaceful and quiet nature of the bay. Or you are free to relax on cruise if you do not like to move for a day trip.

10:30 – 11:00 : After reaching Viet Hai jetty, the guest will have a great experience in cycling or having a ride on an e-cart to Viet Hai village through the tropical rainforest canopy and towering limestone mountains, also surrounded by the green.

Learn about the villager’s daily life and how people built and lived in the
bamboo thatched houses; the earthen walls are made of straw and mud covered with trellis, forming walls to block rain and wind.

12:15 – 13:30 : Return to the day trip boat and enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the boat is cruising to the kayaking and swimming spot.

13:30 : Explore the secluded and quiet lagoon by kayaks or having a swim off the boat is a great fun.

16:30 : Head back to the Mon Cheri Cruises to relax. Have a soak in the Jacuzzi mini pool. Enjoy the music and your favorite drinks by the pool.

17:30 – 18:30 : Enjoy “happy hour” on the deck and BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. Watch the sunset falling on the bay.

Attend the cooking demonstration to learn the different type of the Vietnamese spring rolls. 

19:30 : Dinner is served at the Mon Cheri Cruises restaurant.

21:00 – 22:00 : Enjoy the nightlife of the bay from the deck. Immerse yourself in music. Taste some cocktail at the bar. Otherwise, you can go for the squid fishing with the sailors or simply relax in the room and watch Ha Long Bay from the balcony.

DAY 3 : LAN HA BAY – CAT BA ISLAND – TUAN CHAU

6:00 : Begin the day full of energy with the Tai Chi session and enjoy the sun just rising up beyond the horizon.

6:45 – 7:15 : Breakfast is served while cruising back to Gia Luan jetty. (Breakfast time maybe adjust and follow the real itinerary)

7:30 – 9:00 : You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere by transshipment. It takes 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of talactites in various shapes, offering geological values with a typical cave ecosystem.

9:30 : Return to the main boat from the cave and the guests will do the cabin check out. Luggage is placed outside of the cabin.

Lunch is served at the restaurant. Settle the bar bill by the desk at the restaurant (if any) 

10:30 – 11:00 : Disembark the Mon Cheri Cruises and transferred back to Block #34, Big Bay group terminal, Tuan Chau Marina. Relax and wait for the luggage.

11:30 – 12:00 : The guests are ready at Tuan Chau Marina

NOTES: Depending on cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant/bar areas, however, Internet connectivity may be intermittently interrupted due to the geographical condition of the bay. Thank you for your understanding.

ADDINFORMATION:

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

• Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
• Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
• Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
• Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
• All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

By Customers:

• More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
• 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
• No show: 100% of total rate.

By Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• CASE 2: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + day boat trip will be charged 90 USD/ Person (40 USD for transfers +  50 USD for day tours and lunch on boat)
• CASE 3: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + Early Light Dinner + day boat trip will be charged  105 USD/ Person
• CASE 4: Customers  buy 3D2N package and only stay 1 night: Rate for 2D1N
• CASE 5: Guests buy 3D2N package but only stay 1 night and day boat trip until between 3 pm and 7pm on the second day: 75% of 3D2N rate

Cancellation will ONLY be announced by the Halong Local Port Authority and often at short notice. Therefore your understanding in these situations will be highly appreciated as these circumstances are entirely out of our control.
